With the ever increasing popularity of UGGs many customers have asked how to clean them and keep them clean. So in response we developed a cleaning process, mostly derived from our leather cleaning training. First, the boot is inspected for damage like cuts and tears, if found they are repaired. We brush all surface dirt and containment's from the outside of the UGGs.

Then following a steam cleaning to remove stubborn containment's, a mild oil base detergent is used to remove salt stains, grease, and mud. Follow this, the UGGs are placed in a specially designed water tumbler with large sponges to provide extra friction in the cleaning and to establish the correct buoyancy and movement in this cleansing process.

Next, natural oil is added back in along with a stain and water repellent which further protects the UGGs. In the final cycle we add a disinfectant to the bath which destroys odor causing bacteria in the foot bed. The UGGs are extracted, air dried and brushed. The foot bed is either replaced or raked and elevated. Finally a finishing spray is applied to provide depth to the color and a additional protection from water and staining. 2-3 days later they are returned to the customer.
